Dietz Creek Farm is a small CSA operation located on 2.3 acres between Williamston and Webberville and operated by Gene and Cathy Purdum. Our mission is to provide shareholders with freshly harvested, locally produced organic vegetables throughout the growing season.

All of our produce is grown according to organic principles, without the use of pesticides or herbicides. No genetically modified or treated seeds are used. Many of our vegetables are heirloom varieties grown from saved seed. Crops are rotated for soil health and disease prevention. Weeds are controlled by hoeing, rototilling, mulching, and pulling them up by hand!
As CSA member you will get 17 weeks of fresh produce that has been painstakingly grown and nutured by hand. Over the course of the growing season, you will probably have moments of surprise, excitement, uncertainty ("how do I prepare this vegetable?"), disappointment (the Brandywine tomatoes are done for the season), and relief (the summer squash are done for the season). We hope you will experience the joy of cooking and that you will share this enjoyment with friends and family. After all what is a good meal if not shared with others.
The FAQ has a lot of information about how the CSA operates.
